This Privacy Policy specifies how AdSpawn, registered as AdSpawn s. r. o., ID no. 55 825 061, VAT ID SK2122114093, with its registered office in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, File no. 173916/B (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”, “Controller”), processes personal data, provided in connection with the use of our website https://adspawn.io (“Platform”) and the services our Company provides (“Services”).
We respect your privacy and are strongly committed to keeping secure any information we obtain from you or about you, including your personal data, and we aim to process it lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner in accordance with the applicable law, in particular with the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and the Amendment and Supplementation of Certain Laws, as amended, and Act no. 452/2021 Coll. on the Electronic Communications, as amended. This information on the processing of personal data is provided in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of GDPR.
This Privacy Policy supplements the Terms of Services governing the use of our Platform and the Services we provide (“Terms”). Any terms used and not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms.

The legal basis for processing the personal data is the performance of the Agreement concluded with our Company that you entered into under the Terms by using our Platform and Services. In the case of processing of personal data on the legal basis under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), the provision of personal data and their processing by the Controller is necessary for the performance of the contract (if you do not provide the personal data, the Controller will not be able to perform the contract).
In the case of processing of personal data on the legal basis under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation), the processing of personal data by the Controller is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the controller arising from generally applicable law.
In the case of processing of personal data on the legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests), you are not obliged to provide your personal data and you are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data (in the event that you exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data, the Controller will no longer process your personal data unless there is a compelling legitimate grounds for continuing to do so).
In the case of processing of personal data on the legal basis under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent), you are not obliged to provide your personal data and, if you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time.

Data collection and processing is handled by Hetzner Online GmbH, a hosting company that provides our server infrastructure. The servers are located in Germany, ensuring that all data is stored and processed within the European Union. When using any of our paid Services, our third-party payment processor Stripe, Inc. collects and processes your payment-related information, such as your name, e-mail, billing address, credit/debit card or banking information, or other financial information. For analytical and performance purposes your limited personal information may be processed by Google, Inc. Google handles anonymized and aggregated personal information (such as anonymized tracking identifier and browser information), and it is not combined it with any personally identifiable information.
